Order Policy and FAQ

Where are you located?

Maple, Ontario.  Exact pickup address will be provided upon order confirmation.

Do you ship your products?

We do not ship at this time.

When can I pick up my order?

Pickups are available Monday to Friday between 5:30 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday at a time agreed upon in advance.

How early do I need to place an order?

2-4 weeks prior to the event/pickup date is recommended.  Orders need to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance or an additional fee for a rush order will apply.

How do I pay for my order?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 days of booking to secure your spot.  The balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the pickup date.  You may also pay the full amount upon order placement for convenience.

If ordering within 2 weeks of the event OR if the order total is $80 or less, full payment is due at the time of booking.

All payments must be sent via e-transfer to the e-mail provided to you once your order has been confirmed.

Are your products nut/gluten/dairy/soy free?

Ingredients and baking equipment may have come into contact with nuts, gluten, soy or dairy products. As such, we cannot guarantee that our products are free of these ingredients.

How long do the cookies stay fresh for?

Decorated sugar cookies stay fresh for at least up to two weeks if stored in an airtight container. If sealed in bags, they willl stay fresh for up to 3-4 weeks.
